The Invention
There are several different ways that Buffalo wings claim to be invented. One prevalent claim is that Buffalo wings were first made in Buffalo, NY, by a woman who owned a bar with her husband. Another claim is that in the mid-1960’s a man in Buffalo breaded wings and put them in a hot sauce to serve at his restaurant. Whatever the way chicken wings were invented, I think we can all be grateful that they are available whenever we want some spicy chicken goodness.
