Sustainability

America is increasingly more and more conscious of the importance of going local when it comes to food. Get used to walking into BBQ restaurants and seeing terms such as grass-fed, free-range, wild-caught, hormone-free, and local on the menu.

Side Dishes

Once just plate-fillers that got tossed in the trash, side dishes are now starting to really steal the spotlight. Whether it’s elaborate slaws or handmade rolls, you can’t have a complete BBQ meal without a stunner side in 2016.

Smoke It

Smokey goodness is so in this year. Head on down to Coach’s Smoke in Waco to taste it for yourself.

Sausage

Fresh sausage is a hot trend this year, and we couldn’t be more pleased about it. 2016 summer BBQs will see bacon take a backseat as sausage makes a serious comeback. Get ready!

Spare Ribs
